Annmarie, an experienced Human Resources professional with more thirty years expertise, has assisted leaders as well as their teams and organizations improve results. Particularly when there was a rapid change as well as business growth. As an advisor, she was involved in transforming human resources and business plans into strategic goals and corporate-wide targets by focusing on organizational performance including employee participation and change. Awed by management, she believes that the development of teams and their learning an essential element to gain an advantage in the marketplace. Her extensive experience includes working with Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies to coach and develop leaders, with successful outcomes, she has helped to create corporate cultures that promote learning innovation and change. Annmarie has been motivated to give her talents and energy to help assist Learning Ally's cause. In her spare time, she also provides support for a variety of nonprofit organizations.
