Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In the year 17, she received her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. In 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took the first six years of contest to earn her college diploma. In October of 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the event. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia and took 6th place for The Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of her performance. Ariel had to compete against some of the most top athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel loves working out your lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using the machine and bent-over rows. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
